All images on the website are enhanced during the post-production process, actual product colours may vary. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any orders at this time.

We understand that getting the perfect fit is important. We offer exchanges in two situations:

• Size Change: If you need to exchange for a different size, you can do so one time per order.
  
• Initiating an Exchange: To initiate a size exchange, please email us at support@999tee.com with your order number and the requested new size.
  
• Once your request has been approved, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to 999Tee (India) Private Limited.
  
• Please note: The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping the product back to 999Tee.
  
• Once we receive the returned item and confirm it's unworn and unwashed with original tags attached, we will process your exchange for the requested size (subject to availability).
  
• Defective Product: If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at support@999tee.com.
  
• Include your order details and clear photos of the defect in your email.
  
• Once we verify the defect, we will arrange for a replacement or exchange (subject to availability).

Orders can only be cancelled before they are fulfilled. Unfortunately, once your order is packed, it cannot be cancelled.

• Customers are responsible for covering the shipping cost of returning items for size exchanges.
  
• We will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item for a verified defective product exchange.
  

Additional Information:

• All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  
• We reserve the right to deny/refuse exchanges or replacements for any reason whatsoever. Our decision regarding the refusal shall be final and binding on the parties and you further agree not to hold us liable for any refusal or cancellation.
