RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

WE ACCEPT RETURN REQUESTS INITIATED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY. TO QUALIFY, PRODUCTS MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED, AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH TAGS ATTACHED.

HOW DOES THE RETURN PROCESS WORK?

  • DEFECTIVE ITEM: IF YOU RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY WITH PHOTOS. UPON VERIFICATION, WE WILL REPLACE OR EXCHANGE THE ITEM, SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.

WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING DURING AN EXCHANGE?
