Returns & Refunds
Return Eligibility (Prepaid Orders Only)
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy for prepaid orders. If you're not fully satisfied, we're here to help!
- The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Product must not be custom or final sale.
Important: Cash on Delivery (COD) / Partial COD orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please choose prepaid payment to avail return benefits.
Promotional items or free gifts are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
All products purchased at a discount or during sale events are final sale. They are not eligible for returns or refunds, regardless of payment method.
Final sale items cannot be returned, even if paid for via prepaid options.
How to Initiate a Return (Prepaid Orders Only)
- Submit a return request via our return request form or contact us at support@999tee.com or WhatsApp.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the process.
Return Shipping
We have discontinued reverse pickups as of May 10, 2025. All returns must be self-shipped.
Self-Shipping Guidelines:
- You must self-ship the product at your own cost. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
- Send your return to the following address:

- Pack the item securely to prevent any damage during transit.
- Mention your ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the package.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.
Refund Processing (For Prepaid Orders Only)
Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes our quality check.
- For Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For COD/Partial COD Orders: Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not available. Choose prepaid payment to enable returns.
Non-Eligible Returns
- Used, worn, washed, damaged, or tagless items will be declined.
- If the item fails the quality check, it will not be accepted.
Customer Notification: If a return is rejected, we’ll inform you via email or WhatsApp with the reason and relevant images.
Reshipping Option: You may request reshipping of the rejected item within 7 days (shipping costs apply).
Final Decision: Once a return is rejected, no further return or exchange requests for that item will be accepted.
Size Exchange (For Prepaid Orders Only)
- One-time size exchange is allowed within 7 days of delivery.
- Note: Caps are not eligible for size exchanges as they come in a universal fit.
To Request a Size Exchange:
- Email us at support@999tee.com with your order number and required size.
- Self-ship the original product to our return address.
- Exchanges will be processed after we inspect the returned item.
- If the requested size is out of stock, we’ll issue a full refund.
Defective Product Exchange
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately with:
- Your order details
- Clear images of the defect
Upon verification, we’ll arrange a replacement (subject to availability).
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before fulfillment. Once packed or dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
- Custom Orders: These cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
International Orders
Due to high shipping costs, returns or exchanges are not available for international orders. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

- We reserve the right to deny exchanges, replacements, or returns for any reason. Our decision will be final and binding.
