Product Disclaimer
We make every effort to display product colours accurately. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and post-production editing.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before packing or dispatch begins. Once the order has been packed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation will not be possible.
- Custom, personalised, made-to-order, or customer-uploaded design products cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded, or exchanged once the order is placed.
Returns & Refunds
Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return policy for prepaid and partial COD orders. To qualify:
1. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
2. All original tags and packaging must be intact.
3. Custom or final sale products are not eligible.
Submitting a return request does not guarantee approval. Returns are approved only after the product meets our eligibility conditions and passes quality checks.
Important:

Partial COD orders: Eligible for return. Refunds for the eligible amount will be processed to your bank account/UPI after deducting ₹150 for reverse pickup logistics, if applicable.
- For Partial COD orders, if the order is refused at the time of delivery, the customer is unavailable/unresponsive, or address provided is incorrect and the shipment is returned to origin (RTO), the ₹250 advance paid at checkout is non-refundable. The order will be automatically cancelled once the parcel is received back.
- Prepaid orders: If a prepaid order is refused, the customer is unavailable/unresponsive, the delivery OTP is shared but the parcel is not accepted, or address provided is incorrect and the shipment is returned to origin (RTO), ₹150 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover logistics charges.
- Promotional items: Free or promotional products received during offers are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange
- Discounted/Sale items: Products marked as Final Sale, promotional products, free products, and products purchased during specific sale or clearance events are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they are defective or incorrect.
How to Initiate a Return
- Submit a return request via our return request form or contact us at support@999tee.com or via WhatsApp.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the process.
Return Shipping
Option 1: Reverse Pickup, if serviceable
- If your PIN code is serviceable, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
- A flat fee of ₹150 will be deducted from your refund amount per pickup request.
- Courier partners make up to 2 attempts. If unsuccessful, you will need to self-ship the product.
- Please ensure the product is securely packed and meets all return conditions.
Option 2: Self-Shipping
- If reverse pickup is not available for your PIN code, or if courier attempts fail, you must self-ship at your own cost.
- Self-shipping costs are not reimbursed.

Include your ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the package.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received by us and passes our quality check.
- Once the returned product is received and approved, the refund will be initiated from our end within 24–48 working hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- After the refund is initiated, it may take up to 24 hours to process from our payment partner’s side. The amount will usually reflect in the original source of payment within 5–7 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider’s timeline.
- You will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.
Non-Eligible Returns
Returns will be declined if:
- The product is used, worn, washed, altered, stained, damaged, or has signs of use
- Tags or original packaging are missing
- The item fails the quality check upon inspection
If a return is rejected:
- We’ll inform you via email/WhatsApp with the reason and relevant images.
- You may request reshipping of the rejected item within 7 days (shipping costs apply).
- After rejection, we won’t be able to accept further return/exchange requests for that item.
Exchange
- A one-time size exchange is available for eligible products within 7 days of delivery. Exchange is subject to size availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit as applicable.
- Caps are not eligible for size exchange as they come with an adjustable universal-fit closure.
To Request a Size Exchange:
- Email us at support@999tee.com with your order number and required size.
- Return shipping follows the same rules as above (reverse pickup or self-ship)
- Exchanges will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a full refund as per our refund processing timeline.
Defective Product Exchange
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@999tee.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear images or videos of the issue
Upon verification, we’ll arrange a replacement(subject to availability). If a replacement is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund.
International Orders
Due to high shipping costs, returns or exchanges are not available for international orders. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
