Returns & Refunds
Return Eligibility (Prepaid Orders Only)
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy for prepaid orders. If you're not fully satisfied, we're here to help!
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Product must not be custom or final sale.
Important:
Cash on Delivery (COD) / Partial COD orders: These are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please opt for prepaid payment to access return benefits.
Promotional items: Any free or promotional products received during offers are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Discounted or Sale Items: All products purchased at a discount or during sale events are considered final sale. These items are not eligible for return or refund, regardless of payment method.
How to Initiate a Return (Prepaid Orders Only)
- Submit a return request via our return request form or contact us at support@999tee.com or WhatsApp.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the process.
Return Shipping
Option 1: Reverse Pickup (Chargeable)
- If your pincode is serviceable, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
- A flat fee of ₹150 will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Please ensure the product is securely packed and meets all return conditions.
Option 2: Self-Shipping
- If reverse pickup is not available for your pincode, you will need to self-ship the item at your own cost.
- Self-shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
- Send your return to the following address:

Include your ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the package.
Refund Processing (Prepaid Orders Only)
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes our quality check.
- Refunds are initiated every Wednesday for all eligible returns received and approved before that day.
- Once initiated, refunds are processed via Razorpay. Razorpay typically takes 3–5 working days to process the refund.
- After processing, your bank may take 5–7 additional working days to credit the amount to your account.
You will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.
Non-Eligible Returns
Returns will be declined if:
- The product is used, worn, washed, or damaged
- Tags or packaging are missing
- The item fails the quality check upon inspection
Customer Notification: If a return is rejected, we’ll inform you via email or WhatsApp with the reason and relevant images.
Reshipping Option: You may request reshipping of the rejected item within 7 days (shipping costs apply).
Final Decision: Once a return is rejected, no further return or exchange requests for that item will be accepted.
Size Exchange (Prepaid Orders Only)
- We offer a one-time size exchange per order within 7 days of delivery.
- Note: Caps are not eligible for size exchanges as they come in a universal fit.
To Request a Size Exchange:
- Email us at support@999tee.com with your order number and required size.
- Return shipping follows the same rules as above (reverse pickup or self-ship)
- Exchanges will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a full refund as per our refund processing timeline.
Defective Product Exchange
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at support@999tee.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear images of the defect
Upon verification, we’ll arrange a replacement (subject to availability).
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before fulfillment. Once packed or dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
- Custom Orders: These cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
International Orders
Due to high shipping costs, returns or exchanges are not available for international orders. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
