Payment Options:
We provide secure, hassle-free payment methods (processed instantly in INR ₹):
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, RuPay, and MasterCard
- Partial Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on eligible PIN codes with a ₹250 non-refundable convenience fee. The balance is paid at delivery.
○ COD is not available for custom or international orders.
- UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM & more
- Netbanking: All major Indian banks.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship your order from Vapi, Gujarat.
- Dispatch Timeline: Your order will usually be dispatched within 12–24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Standard Shipping (India):
- 2 to 5 business days for metro cities after dispatch
- 4 to 7 business days for the rest of India after dispatch
- International Shipping: Free shipping worldwide. Delivery times vary by country (typically 7–15 business days).
Please note: Delivery timelines are only estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, location, or unforeseen circumstances. We offer fast & reliable shipping across India and internationally.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, tracking details are shared via email/WhatsApp.
You can also track directly with our courier partners:
- BlueDart: Track here using your Waybill/AWB number.
- India Post: Track here using your Consignment/AWB Number.
Delivery Verification (OTP Security)
For secure deliveries, some courier partners may require a One-Time Password (OTP) at the time of delivery.
Please note the following important guidelines:
- Never share your delivery OTP over phone calls or messages.
- The OTP should only be provided directly to the delivery agent at the time of physically receiving the parcel.
- Sharing the OTP before receiving the shipment may allow the courier to mark the order as successfully delivered.
If the OTP is shared before the parcel is physically received, the shipment may be treated as delivery verified by the recipient, and 999Tee will not be able to raise delivery disputes or courier claims.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders can be modified or cancelled before dispatch. Once packed or shipped, changes or cancellations aren’t possible.
Returns & Exchanges

Lost, Damaged, or Non-Delivered Items
If your order is lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery update shown on the courier tracking page.

Our team will coordinate with the courier partner and review the case. Any resolution, including replacement or refund, will be subject to verification and courier claim eligibility.
Requests reported after 24 hours of the delivery update may not be eligible for resolution due to the courier partner's claim timelines and operational limitations.
