Will my clothes shrink after washing?

Most of our products are pre-shrunk, but to maintain their fit and quality, we recommend following the care instructions provided with each item.

ARE YOUR CLOTHES UNISEX?

SOME OF OUR DESIGNS ARE UNISEX, WHILE OTHERS ARE SPECIFICALLY TAILORED FOR MEN OR WOMEN. PLEASE CHECK THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS FOR MORE DETAILS.

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

2. Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping details.
3. Choose a payment method and confirm your order.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept multiple secure payment options, including:

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) (available in select PIN codes, not applicable for custom & international orders)

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping.

• Delivery time: Typically 7-15 business days, depending on your location.
• Customs Duties & Taxes: Any import duties or taxes are not included in the order value and must be paid by the recipient.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

• India: 5-7 business days after dispatch.
• International: 7-15 business days.

ORDER TRACKING

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can track your order anytime on our ORDER TRACKING PAGE using your Order Tracking Number/ Eway-Bill.

I DIDN’T RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer a 7-day return policy for prepaid orders only. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact. COD/Partial COD, discounted, promotional, and custom items are not eligible for return or refund.

Reverse pickup is available for eligible pincodes (₹150 will be deducted from refund).

HOW DOES THE RETURN PROCESS WORK?

To initiate a return, email us at support@999tee.com or fill out our product return request form. If your pincode is eligible, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup and deduct ₹150 from your refund. If not, you'll need to self-ship the item to our return address. After we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?

Refunds are issued every Wednesday for all approved returns received before that day. Razorpay takes 3–5 working days to process the refund, and your bank may take an additional 5–7 working days to credit the amount.

CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

YES, WE OFFER EXCHANGES UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

SIZE CHANGE: One-time size exchange per order (prepaid only). Caps are NOT eligible.
DEFECTIVE ITEM EXCHANGE: If you receive a damaged product, email us with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement (subject to availability).

WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING DURING AN EXCHANGE?

If reverse pickup is available, we’ll arrange it (₹150 will be deducted from your refund).
If not, customers are required to self-ship the product for exchange at their own cost.

What happens if my return is rejected?

If a return fails quality checks, we will notify you. You can request reshipping (charges apply). No further returns/exchanges will be accepted for the same item.

CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE CUSTOM OR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

NO, CUSTOM PRODUCTS AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

CANCELLATIONS

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed/shipped. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
