Thank you for shopping with 999TEE! We value your trust and strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please review our policy before making a purchase.

Product Disclaimer

We ensure accurate product images, but actual colours may vary slightly due to screen differences, lighting conditions, and post-production editing.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are fulfilled.
  • Once packed or dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility

  • We offer a 7-day return policy for prepaid and partial COD orders.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Custom or final sale products are not eligible.

Important:

  • Partial COD orders: Eligible for return. The ₹150 COD convenience fee is non-refundable. ₹150 will also be deducted for reverse pickup.
  • If delivery is refused for a Partial COD order, the ₹150 advance paid is non-refundable.
  • Promotional items: Free products received during offers are not eligible for return/refund.
  • Discounted or Sale items: Considered final sale and not eligible for return/refund.

How to Initiate a Return

Submit a return request via our return form, or contact us at support@999tee.com or WhatsApp.

Return Shipping

Option 1: Reverse Pickup (Chargeable)

  • If serviceable, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup.
  • A flat fee of ₹150 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Courier makes 2 attempts. After that, you must self-ship.
  • Pack securely and ensure return eligibility.

Option 2: Self-Shipping

  • Use this if reverse pickup is unavailable or fails.
  • Self-shipping costs are not reimbursed.

Include your ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the package.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds processed only after QC approval.
  • Initiated every Wednesday via Razorpay.
  • Razorpay: 3–5 business days. Banks: 5–7 business days.
  • You’ll receive an email notification once refund is initiated.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will be declined if:

  • The product is used, worn, washed, or damaged
  • Tags or packaging are missing
  • Fails QC inspection

We'll notify you via email/WhatsApp with reasons and images. You may request reshipping within 7 days (shipping charges apply).

Exchanges

  • One-time size exchange allowed per order within 7 days of delivery.
  • Caps: Not eligible (universal fit).

To Request a Size Exchange:

  • Email support@999tee.com with order number and required size.
  • Shipping follows return shipping rules above.
  • Exchanges processed only after QC clearance.
  • If size is unavailable, refund will be issued.

Defective Product Exchange

If you receive a defective item, email us immediately at support@999tee.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear images of the defect

If verified, we’ll arrange a replacement (subject to availability). If unavailable, a refund will be issued.

International Orders

Returns or exchanges are not available for international orders. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
